We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic School Office Lead who will play a key role in the smooth running of the school office.

The ideal candidate for this key role will be personable, organised, resourceful and have a 'can do' attitude. They will possess the skills and desire to manage our friendly and knowledgeable office team, in delivering a range of administration, processes and functions in our fantastic primary school.

Previous experience working in a busy office environment and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. Well-developed people skills and the ability to oversee a small supportive team is key. The successful candidate will pride themselves on delivering a high quality service, working closely with SLT and the Trust's central services. Whilst previous school experience is desirable, more important is the ability to develop positive relationships with all stakeholders, and be able to understand and contribute to the shared vision.

Welfare and Clerical Assistant

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the Administration team at Notley Green Primary as we seek to appoint a professional, friendly, and motivated Welfare and Clerical Assistant for our busy school. We require an individual with excellent communication, organisational and computer skills. You will provide an efficient and effective administration service to a high level of accuracy whilst remaining calm under pressure and using your own initiative.
